Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sage account and all associated data at any time. This includes your parent profile, all child profiles, session history, homework records, and progress data.

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Sage app
  2. Go to Settings (⚙️ top right)
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm with your password

Prefer to request deletion by email? We'll handle it within 30 days:

Upon deletion, all personal data — including your email, children's profiles, and session transcripts — is permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
